Testimonies

All,
In my 10 years of experience as a collegiate, and professional player I can
truly say that I was more influenced and affected by coach Paul Swingle
than any other coach I came in contact with along my journey.  While Coach
Swingle is a wealth of baseball knowledge, what he does better than any
coach or guru that I have every been around, is tailor his coaching to each
individual player.  He has the ability to pinpoint the needs of the player
he is working with at the time and communicate a program for success to
that player better than most coaches in the business.  Paul Swingle is a
truly gifted teacher that will help players of any level maximize their
ability through hard work, encouragement, expert analysis, consistent
training programs, and patience.  Whatever the area you need to improve on
in your game, Coach Swingle is the guy for you.  I have learned more about
baseball and life from Coach Swingle in my two seasons playing for him and
subsequent 9 year friendship than I have from anyone else in the baseball
world.  Anyone from age 8 to 38 can take something away from Coach Swingle
if they are willing to listen. I know for a fact that I would not have been
nearly as successful as I was in professional baseball had I not crossed
paths with Coach.  Now that I have begun my coaching career I think of his
teaching every single day and hope that I am even a little bit like him.  I
cannot possibly recommend anyone more highly if you truly want to improve
your game than Paul Swingle.

We highly recommend Paul Swingle as a private baseball coach.
Our son, Sean, has consistently worked with Paul Swingle for the past 6 years.  Sean has improved his batting, fielding and pitching skills tremendously.  Most importantly, however, we strongly believe that Paul helped Sean with the psychological part of the game.  He taught him how to overcome hitting slumps and disappointments and to learn from them.  Paul Swingle has been a very positive role model for Sean and we feel extremely fortunate to have him in our son’s life.

Paul has worked with my son for 3 years. Paul not only has incredible knowledge and experience in the area of teaching pitching mechanics, but he has an even more important skill – teaching youth how to work through the mental part of the game.  Paul teaches respect (for your coach, teammates and officials), good sportsmanship, strategy and the importance of staying humble. As far as skills go – my son pitched 20 innings through Districts, States and Regionals and had 6 earned runs against him. He was only able to do this because of the Full Package that Paul delivers in his lessons. You won’t find anybody more passionate about teaching baseball.

Paul Swingle is a gifted baseball instructor, and first-rate man.  My son
Luke has worked with Paul every week for 7 years.  He has learned about
pitching, hitting, fielding and the importance of the mental side of the
game-----  dealing with and learning from failure; staying humble &
confident;  poise under pressure------   important baseball & life-skills.
Paul is straight-shooting  and positive at all times, and inspires
confidence in his players,  so they can perform to the best of their
abilities.  Despite his baseball accomplishments, he is not on any kind of
ego-trip and is very approachable and personable.  Paul Swingle genuinely
cares about his people not only as ballplayers, but as young men growing up
in a challenging world. His players( and their parents) take to him, and he
is a very positive role model.  If you want to do something special for your
ballplayer, get private lessons with Paul Swingle...................

"The reason I like Coach Swingle is that he really works on the mental game as well as the physical game.  He helps me learn a good work ethic but he always reminds me to have fun on and off the field.  Paul hasn't only helped me be a better baseball player, he's also helped me learn how to succeed in other things as well."  James Neary

"Paul is a great coach and my son just loves working with him.  He really stresses all aspects of the game including good sportsmanship and the expected behavior that goes with it.  Paul also brings a fresh approach to coaching and treats each player as an individual.  While improving my son's baseball skills, Paul gives him the mental stability he needs to keep the game and his performance in perspective."  Tony Neary
